Based on a roof replacement of a 1600 square foot flat roof with torch down smooth roofing felt with underlayment (base). Special includes all new flashings and protective roofing coating. What's the big deal?

It is a fact that when you have a problem with the roof you have a problem with everything else in the house. How is it done?

What we’re going to do is take out and recycle your old roofing layers and underlayment, we are going to fully inspect the plywood support and detect damage areas if any, if the damage is not significant we are going to repair it and treat it, installation of all new flashings and underlayment will follow along with a torch down application of your new felt roofing layer. Once the felt roof is in place we are going to roll down a protective roofing coating.
